Refund Timelines, Policies & Processes

Expecting a refund due to a booking change or cancellation? The timing and method of your refund depend on your payment type.

Your bank may take up to 7 days to post the credit to your account and up to 2 billing cycles to reflect it on your statement. If more than 7 days have passed without a refund, please contact your bank or card issuer for an update.

Certain bookings are non-refundable. Cancelling these bookings will not result in a refund. Additionally, the hotel or holiday rental may impose a cancellation fee.
